Design & installation of air conditioning to restaurant area & kitchen ventilation. Private members only restaurant & club for city executives, air conditioning had to be effective & quiet. Installation consisted of Mitsubishi Electric VRF chassis & ducted units hidden with ceiling voids & walls.

Fresh air & extract was provide via Lossnay heat recovery units, with all air distribution via linear grilles colour coded to suit backgrounds.

We were requested to carry out the Design & Installation of air conditioning services, Kitchen ventilation & General ventilation.
Full air conditioning services provided via Mitsubishi Electric VRF heat recovery system providing of ceiling mounted cassette units.
General ventilation to main public areas supplied by Mitsubishi Electric heat recovery Lossnay units installed at high level above architectural ceiling rafts.
Kitchen ventilation provided to meet the brand standards complete with Stainless steel canopy complete with Veritech grease filters & carbon filters for odour control.

Unit 9
Supplied & installed a Mitsubishi Electric VRF City Multi Heat Pump Air Conditioning system providing Heating & Cooling to 10 floor mounted indoor units in main office areas. Also installed an independent Mitsubishi Electric wall mounted Power Inverter Air Conditioning system in Comms Room. All refrigerant pipework & electrical cabling installed under raised floor which is also accommodating the condense water drainage system. All units are controlled via an AT-50 touch screen main controller.

Unit 6/7
Supplied & installed a Mitsubishi Electric VRF City Multi Heat Pump Air Conditioning system providing Heating & Cooling to 5 cassette indoor units in main office area. All refrigerant pipework & electrical cabling installed via cable trays suspended from the ceiling. Condense water drainage system also suspended direct from ceiling. All services are on show in this unit as client wanted the industrial look to this area. All units are controlled via an AT-50 touch screen main controller.

The Icon Building – Southend-on-Sea, Essex. Design & installation of M&E services to the new build incorporating Southend Radio on the first floor & Sands Restaurant on the ground floor.

Southend Radio – Southend-on-Sea, Essex. Working closely with the specialist station contractor to provide ventilation & comfort cooling to studio & office areas.

Sands Restaurant – Southend-on-Sea, Essex. Working with client on all design features incorporating ventilation services, air conditioning, AV & lighting design. Floating central ceiling area hides A/C equipment whilst incorporating RGB colour changing LED lighting, programmed to mimic sunset as you look out across estuary
